Here’s a sneak preview of the new shirt I’ll be launching later this week! Design by the multi-talented Evan Ohl

I’ve got a new single coming out Friday, September 26th! It’s called “I Know You’re There.”
Here’s the album art (by yours truly):

This song is about the things in life that we can’t see, and maybe can’t even understand. But we know they’re there. Have you ever gotten a strange feeling that something was in the room with you? Or just gotten good or bad vibes about a person, place, or situation? I certainly have. I know there’s something there, but I can’t seem to wrap my head around what it is.
I hope you enjoy it!

The solution

Another variation
I finished this track in early 2023. I got it mastered and had my longtime collaborator Evan Ohl make some fantastic art for it. I planned to release it, but ultimately decided it didn’t fit with the rest of the music I was making at the time. I still think it’s a great track, and I am excited to share it with you now!
This song has a few main themes. The first is games; I grew up loving video games, and I’ve been playing go, the ancient Chinese strategy game, for over 2 decades. It’s also about game addiction, and how video games have a dark side too. I really hope you enjoy it! This song is not released anywhere else. If you like it, email me and let me know at neal@wavecollector.com

I made this song back in 2020 when I participated in a 60 day song challenge that a friend of mine organized. The goal was to write a song every day for 60 days. I wrote a song for all 60 days, and some really interesting stuff came out of it! There were many days where I felt sick of writing more songs and decided to just experiment with something weird.
There was spoken word, country, screeching noises, and even recording various cooking appliances in my house. However for this one, I was feeling relaxed and excited to do something more in line with my normal style. I called it “No End,” evoking a sort of eternity. Hope you enjoy it!
My newest single, Home Decor, is coming out on Friday, December 29th! Very excited for you to hear it! It is the first in a new series of songs inspired by hold music. Check out the amazing album art by longtime collaborator and amazing designer, Evan Ohl:
